How does this all work?

Good question! See below for the steps I recommend.

1. Purchase the design via Etsy (1 design provided per purchase - if you would like 2 designs for a 2 sided matchbox please purchase 2 designs)

2. Send me a message via Etsy with exactly which icons and writing you would like to include (up to 10 icons from the list or be creative! I can create icons from photos or any ideas you have). Include color preferences if you have them otherwise I will colorize the icons similar to the examples shown in the listing photos

3. I will send you a proof within 7 days of purchase for you to review and provide edits

4. Once agreed upon, I will send you a digital file ready for uploading to purchase the physical product from an outside vendor (I will send recommendations)

5. You will be ready to upload the design to a vendor or Etsy shop that custom prints the products and purchase the amount of product you want

Do you provide the physical products?

Accepted Answer

No, my listings are digital products only. I do not provide printed invitations, matchboxes, playing cards, cups, napkins, or any physical product. I will send you the final design as a PDF or PNG and will recommend vendors where you can have your products fabricated.

Can I make edits?

Yes! I will send you an initial proof based on the customization you provided and if you have any tweaks I will be happy to make changes until you are satisfied with the final design.

Absolutely! That is what makes my designs special - the custom illustrations. I would be more than happy to draw your pet, favorite place, signature cocktail, home, venue, or anything you can think of - all included in the design fee.
